When's the best time to purchase airline tickets AM or PM ?

When is the best time to purchase airline tickets....early morning  ( 2 am ) or late at night ??

The prices constantly change. You could get a good price, but if you don't book it, it could change within a matter of hours or even minutes.

Someone told me the best time was like 3 in the morning....just want to be sure that correct bc i cant see myself getting up at that hour to buy tickets and they are the same price when i was just them at like  7 in the evening.......i will be super pissyfooey.....lol

I'm not sure where they were looking, but it could be possible that it was just one of those moments when you get a good price. If it was that good, I hope they booked it!! You could always give it a whirl one night and stay up to see.    (I personally wouldnt want to get up at 3 for that!)    Or you could call your local AAA Office and have a travel agent there help!  They're always wonderful, IMO.

A lot of it has to do with how far in advance you book. Never found a difference in price according to the time frame.
