Bealls  outlet has 95% off sales but I am not sure if she has that where she is..If not thrift stores can be good for great finds cheap..

Well in the area I live, we have Forman Mills. They sell authentic name brand clothing for cheap and they have a wide array of school uniforms as well. For now, they only have stores in Philadelphia, south jersey, and i think in the state of Delaware. They've been around for years but only in my tri-state area. Hopefully, they can expand so that everyone else gets a chance to buy from them.

Kohl's, Target and Walmart  have great prices on their clearance racks.  TJ Maxx, Ross and Marshalls have good deals on clothes too but you have to really look thru everything.

i think walmart, is a good place ,,to buy school clothes . you can also shop at thift stores ,they are very popular now. there are great clothes,at very affortable prices.

I would say Target for every day prices. Also get a sunday paper and look for coupons for JC penny and also macy's coupons.

   I noticed the other day that Family Dollar has a lot of clothes for children through adults at very low prices.

  Go online at all the retail store websites and check out the clearance stuff. I've bought some really nice stuff that way.. Also, try to go to Salvation Army in the morning just after they put stuff out. You can also find yard sale clothes real cheap too.. But if you just want the new stuff, like most kids want, just try places like Target or Walmart.  GOOD LUCK!!!!
