My husband and I took our daughter to the aquarium last weekend for her second birthday instead of having a big party.  What are some other cool ways to celebrate without having a large, nerve wracking party for the young'uns?

My hubby brought home an ice cream cake and then we took an afternoon trip to the beach. It's the first time I saw a school of fishies swimming in the waves with us. I really enjoyed it.  :D

I'd rather have a relaxing, low key birthday than a bunch of people over for a party of some sort...too stressful for me!
