Hello everbody..I'm new here and i have a ?..I notice the banners that say Total received:97.85..completed 71 offers worth 109.80,i might be a air head..lol..is this saying this person made 109.00 and only getting paid 97.00?

The $97 is what has been cashed out already and the $109 is the total amount made.

well the 97.00 is what they cashed out and recived and the other amount is what they have made after that cash out. . so subtract thier difference and that is what they are going to cash out next if they choose.

im just getting started with this program and would like to refer to others. how do i refer to others. when i go to the referral page, it lists alot of links but i don't know how or what to do with them....i was expected an option that i could just type in the persons name but their isn't one.....what do i do....
