Some one help... How do some of you guys make like 300 bucks on here? I need someine to explain it to me.. I am in desperate need of making money.. I NEED help.... some one explain it please!!

Those people have been here for a while and their earnings grew. If you can get referrals who remain active, this will help you a lot. There are bonuses you will earn when they join and conform their email address, and another when they complete their first offer. You will also earn a $5 bonus every time each referral makes a cash out.

I've only been here for a little over a month. (Yes, I'm still a newbie, too!) I spend a lot of time reading and writing in the forum to get to know the site and the offers better. *Active* referrals are worth $3 a piece. ("Active" meaning they signed up and did their first offer...) Yes, the $5 for each time they cash out is an amazing bonus (even though none of my referrals have made it that far yet!).

I wrote a post called "This is how to get referrals (once and for all)!" over in the Support forum. I've been trying to keep it updated as I think of more ways.

If you are persistent with you can make good money of of the offers also. You can not cash in unless you have $15 in offers so at least do that much. Referrals are very helpful if you have enough friends who will continually do so.

i have a few referrals... but none of them have cashed out yet, you can still make $$ -
sign in daily.... complete offers, post in the forum, etc.

Typically when someone says they are desperate to make money, they mean a lot of money very  It simply cannot be done.  You can earn or make money online everyday but to make that money grow takes time and patience it cannot happen over night.
