Hello syotos11, No it has not happened to me, perhaps your friend signed up from a shared pc. Maybe yours? If this is the case then most likely your friends account could be permanetly disabled.

1.)Make sure they signed up from their OWN computer, not a public place. 2.)Make sure no one else living with them has a FC account. 3.)Make sure they are LEGAL U.S. residents age 13 or over.

Sometimes they will restrict an account because the security on FC catches something automatically. It could be they have the same address or similar information to someone else using FC. Your friend should wait five days (or however long it says to wait for the problem to be corrected). If it isn't corrected by then, they can send a support ticket in and the Admins will take care of it. It's not always that you did something wrong. I had this happen to me. I sent in a support ticket and they took care of it immediately. You probably won't get a reason for this happening. (If they told you the reason, people would be able to find more ways to bypass security.) Good luck!

Another user awhile back asked if they could tell him why his account was restricted. Admin said: As for your suggestion, unfortunately we are forced to be vague about the particular reason(s) behind an automatic restriction.  If we were more verbose about the reasons, scammers would have an easier time working out ways to defeat them.
