to get the sign-up bonus its says you have to click yes on one of the offers so i did is the web site going to spam me with b.s. if so how do i block it?

I signed up recently and I do not believe the $5 bonus spammed me but I also started doing some of the offers and those spammed like no other.  I used my "spam" address when I signed up not my primary one so I could just go thru and mark junk on a lot of the items.
