Value WiseShopper
« on: March 29, 2008, 12:59:33 am »
 :BangHead:

Anyone have this problem, either with this Survey, or any others?

Problem:  On the initial page I go to enter my info... Name, Address, etc.... only to have it bounce back at me and insist I correct my Address, highlighting Street, City, State and Zip!!!

Now, I double checked for typos, which was correct but then my browser auto fills the spaces anyway, so I'm at a loss.

I know my own address, Dangit!!   :BangHead:

Then, on a lark, since my town shares Zip with another (which is the general default on most zipcode database programs), I changed City to the other one and then it bounced back, but ONLY asking me to correct the City!!

Any insights??

Staff/Admin... Anywork arounds?

I had the exact problem. It was telling me to correct my city. Nothing I did worked either.

It seems to me that in cases like this, if the same/similar problem completing an offer is encountered by several members, Fusion should force that survey to pay up!  Then if unable to fix it, either drop them or provide indication that it may be *buggy*, meaning "Your Mileage Results May Vary"

I'd like to see 2 things to improve my FusionCash experience:

1) The ability to flag/report problem offers to FC

2) An additional form of bookmark which would allow me to determine the offers I've completed by either hiding them on my pages or turn them red/pink like the "mark for later"(which I'm using for completions) turns them green

I did this offer awhile back with no problems, but I did not receive credit.
