That would explain it, they move to CO realize they need to drive, get their license and cause accidents!

California for sure, and Alaska.  I lived 16 years in Alaska and everybody is from somewhere else, hence they have all the worse drivers from all over the US.

Kansas and Tennessee. The drivers are crazy IMO.
