My July Cash-out
« on: July 21, 2010, 02:55:44 pm »
How do I know when support has received my ticket?  I got this information via e-mail about my cash out being denied by my bank and was told to issue a support ticket which I did but so far I have not heard anything!  This is the message that I received yesterday:

Hi Andrea,

Your cashout request for $25.04 has been denied. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Reason(s) for denial:   We're sorry, but our Direct Deposit provider refused to send your payment, due to "Negative Consumer Verification".  This may indicate that they have had a failed transaction on your account and/or rounting number, or another issue which we cannot determine.  Please open a support ticket to request your payment resent via PayPal or Check.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Further:

If you are eligible, you can appeal this decision by opening a support ticket:

I'm going to be very upset if I have to wait another month for a payout over something that wasn't my fault.  :angry7: :angry7: :angry7:

This is my third support ticket about my cash-out.  So far, I have not received an response.  I have been as patient as possible and still no comment, no feed-back or anything.  I'm just finding out that FC needs to go through a verification process with my bank.  I don't know why because it doesn't make sense to me.   But meanwhile, I would think, I would have a response by know.  Oh well, I guess there would be one less donation!  I've even post here and in the Forum.

Also, I just got of the phone with my bank this morning.  According to them, they never received an amount to be deposited for $25.04.  Had it went through and been rejected, it would have shown up on their end.   It hasn't!  I do know I have the correct routing code and checking account info.  However, I do not think the bank office listed is the correct one.  I've done countless of transactions for several years and this has never happened ever. I even work directly with depositing checks so I am pretty familiar where routing numbers and account numbers are placed on any check and what they look like.   For someone not to respond when I've but through three request and I keep getting the message "support has not received your request yet" does not look good to me."

Oh wow! Must be a problem with the bank or incorrect routing/account number? I hope this doesn't happen to me. Can you let us know when this is resolved? I'm thinking about doing the direct deposits but I won't if there are issues like this!

Still no response!  But this is what I found out.  The head office that FC has listed for JP Morgan Chase, Tampa FL is not the correct bank.  There are head offices throughout the United States and in other countries.  There is even a head office listed in Australia.  My routing number doesn't fall under the routing number for Tampa, Florida. My routing number falls under the head office in New York.  That address is: JP Morgan Chase, 270 Park Ave, New York, NY 10017.  When I was working with this company, I got my checking account through them as an employee.  Like I said before I worked depositing checks and I deposited millions of them so I do know routing numbers.  So please someone besides members, respond to me and give me an update with what is going on!  I mean, tell me something!

No, I still didn't get my cash-out as of today.  However, I did get a support ticket after four tries.  I cancel my JP Morgan Bank account and replaced it with ING DIRECT!  Now all I can do is see who long this fiasco is going to take!  I think four support tickets is more than enough to put in and I hope to see some progress hopefully by Monday.  This hasn't been a good week for me overall!

Well, the latest up-date as of yesterday, my account has been adjusted.  My July amount is pending once again.  Once I receive this cash-out, I will try the direct-deposit featured using my ING DIRECT account.  I'm sure I will not have any problems.   I have seen members who have direct deposit with ING DIRECT so I can't be wrong on my assumption.  (And I want to get show a post of your payment for July too!) :crybaby2: I'm hoping to have my July cash-out in before July 30 as I would like to cash-out for August so that I can donate to another charitable organization.  I'm still waiting to see how all this goes because I'll know what to do the next time around and I can pass on this information to the other FC members who may also be faced with this dilemma.  This is my 3rd cash-out so I'm pretty sure I'll get my payment soon!

I'm just going to reply one more time about this cash-out situation.  No, I won't get a cash-out for July, I canceled my cash-out and pushed up my entire available amount for August 20, 2010. I'm somewhat disappointed but I did doubled the amount for the charity of choice so that I can keep up with my $5.00 donation twice for each available charitable organization. I confident that my direct deposit will go a lot smoother this time around because I'm using my ING Direct account.  BTW, ING Direct probably has the best on-line security I've come across since earning monies on-line.  I suggest anyone who had this problem or is going through this problem with your bank to switch over to ING Direct.  I'm 99.99% sure that I won't run into this problem again.  Hopefully, my next cash-out from FC can be applied towards my monthly deposit to my on-line investments.

Well, just as I thought it definitely had to do with my routing numbers.  I got paid two days ago and my funds for July and August are in my savings account.  I also received an e-mail courtesy of Tyler Derheim in reference to my $10.00 donation for both months:

Thanks admin!
