Handy Tips
« on: July 06, 2010, 08:26:18 am »
Do you have any handy tips or helpful hints? Share your secret to cleaning the microwave or getting your kid (or spouse) to eat veggies......

:star: The best thing for cleaning the microwave that I found is to microwave a cup of water for 3 minutes, let it sit for a few, then wipe it down! To freshen it up a bit, add some lemon juice to the water...

:star: I'm starting to save ALL pictures to disc and tossing them into the fire safe so I'll always have copies, just in case the worst happens.

:star: Seven Dust granules is great for killing hard-to-kill spiders! We have rabid wolf spiders in Texas and if you spray them with the usual bug sparay, they just chase you. But bf put this stuff around our house and now it's like a spider graveyard.

Use moth *bleep* to keep away snakes.  I have them really bad out in the field between my place and the other girl thats rents and we take moth ball and throw them out around the lines of our yard and especially were all the snakes are in the tall grass.  Need that area bushhogged real bad.  Hope it helps.  Oh keep ants away with different types of hot spices.  Just choose the kind you want red pepper etc.
