many offers stay the same, surveys change daily, I would like to see more variety more often so the site doesn't stagnate

If you are trying to equate FC with other GPT sites online, I can understand your confusion.  Free offers don't get added here on any specific or regular schedule.  When new free offers are added, they are usually quality, easy-crediting offers. 

The real difference is that FC pays generously for referrals.  If you can't or don't want to refer, then you will not be making a ton of money here.  If you refer people, you can.  Even if you don't want to get people to sign up under you, it still makes sense to visit once or twice a day, do the daily offer and email offer, comment on the forums etc.  It is free money and takes a few minutes a day.  Browse for new offers once a week and leave it at that.  Collect a few checks a year for a few minutes a day.  I can't figure out why some people feel like they are taken advantage of here.

I agree.  The dollars do take a while to accumulate but they do pay.  Say, I have been trying to fiqure out how to do the referral thing and can't seem to fifure it out.  Can someone help, please?

You will probably get a lot of suggestions here simply because there are many different ways.  You should understand that whatever method you use you need to commit to it my being consistent and persistent.  Many people make YouTube videos, but I think you still need a way to draw people to your videos.  Many people use a blog, but there is the same issue with how to get people to go to it.  There is traffic exchanges and safelists, but most of those methods get hits, but they don't convert to sign ups at a very high percentage, so unless you buy your credits to advertise, you will spend a lot of time clicking to gain the credits you need to advertise.  There's lots of competition out there and lots of wild money making claims, but make no mistake about it, there are still plenty of people out there looking to make money.  You just need to think outside the box to find them.

One of the issues I run into with FC is that it is not open to all countries.  Unfortunately, I have better luck recruiting people outside the US because believe it or not, the rest of the world seems to be in worse financial condition that us.  A $25 check for some of the people I work with is big money.  My advice is to get involved in social networking.  It is a great way to make friends and then bring up your opportunity.  You don't want to just spam people, get to know them.  If you are genuine in your wish to get to know people and help them, the money will follow.  Join forums that are of interest to you.  Some of them allow a signature link.  Use one if the rules allow it.  Be a student and learn all you can and it will open up a whole new world and the money will follow.  Remember you are not selling anything, you are showing people a free way to make some money.

To earn cash you have to be patient.  Sometimes you have big days and some days not so big.  It takes time, but you will reach your $25 in no time.
