Two Questions

1. I viewed two different videos today that I have not viewed before but I got credit for just one, I didn't credit for the new butterfingers commercial but i saw that video first.

2. Can I redo a special offer if I didn't get credit for it the first time I did it?

leaving a comment seems to make no difference for me.

sometimes you just won't get credited for some stuff, even ones that you've never seen before.

the first one credited for me the second one didn't

i haven't seen either one before so you can see how it works out sometimes.

yeah, I realized after it happened a few times. I just wanted to know if it was happening to anybody else.lol, but I made my cashout on friday so I am not complaining.

If you're having trouble, maybe try deleting your cookies and watching the video again?  Don't close it halfway through, don't pause without meaning to, etc. etc.  The timer thing on the top right goes on for a few extra seconds after the video is over.

I would suggest maybe watching the video (after deleting cookies), and then opening a new tab/window to see if you were credited before closing.  If not, try again I guess?

FYI: some videos get credited later... it happened to me.
