Why would you put your SSN# in these offers and risk your financial life for $1? Especially knowing how many offers do not even actually wind up crediting.
How does that gamble pay off?

I stay away from those offers too. If I need a loan I would rather goto my bank or a well known lender.

I stay way from those offers, too. You never know if who is the party your submitt your SNN to.
Thank you for the info. I'm new here and don't much about the website. You guys are great help!

They have that offer up now asking for your SSN.  Personally, I think it is a scam.  I would never give out such personal info in an offer.  You are just telling people you are a sucker and gullible.

i'm sure i'll be fine. you people are worrying a little too much, but i'll probably be more careful from now on anyway.

How did you get $2? Ok I tried this one and all I got were annoying phone calls.

well you should never put you real phone number for any offers.
sign up to k7.net and get an online number, that way when someone calls it goes to your email address instead.

i'm not really sure how i got this one, after the second page it told me it couldn't find any matches for me. i assumed it wasn't going to work out but after 5 minutes i got credited. i guess i was just lucky.

the social security number is to make sure the person who is giving the information such as name number and credit card is not someone who stole the persons credit card with their name on it to look them up in the phone book to make such purchases or offers on FC or any other non secure purchasing website
