Help with an offer please

I do not understand how to complete the daily offer for $.15. I have no idea what to do, can someone please help me with this offer. Thank you

For the paid to click, you click on it to enter the site and there are instructions at the top.  It tells you to view 4 different content pages, which are on the left of the page in the box that says step 1: content. (ex you can click on entertainment, weather, music, and gas prices).'

Then for step 2 you have to click on a sponsors advertisement. This is the box right below the content box.  Just click one to visit their site.

There is a box right below the sponsors box, which says what steps are left.  Once you are done there is a link that says "redeem." whenyou click i you wll be credited 15 cents.

There is also a countdown of time in the redeem box, you have to wait for your time to count down to 0 before you redeem.
