Well I received their prescription card in the mail but the offer still didn't credit.

Might be too late to submit a ticket on them but I don't know how or where to go to do this anyway. Does anyone know?

I remember that offer and I did get credit and I got the card in the mail.  Are you sure you did not sign up for it somewhere else?  I don't think there is anything FC can do about it.  If they did not get credit, you won't, but you can submit a support ticket and ask.

No I didn't sign up for it before. I don't know where you go to submit a ticket .

At the top of the page where you are in the offers, click "support".  Then fill out the requested info.  Hope that helps.
