I'm actually happy I signed up to this offer
« on: April 09, 2010, 12:15:21 am »
Ok I have say I dont care much for doing offers, but I was pleasantly surprised by this offer it is a offer for a site called epoll and its a survey site. I usually ignore survey sites because I never seem to qualify for them, but I decided to take chance on this offer, and to my surprise I earned 250 points from epoll yay its nice to actually qualify for one those surveys. its the one offer I'm glad I signed up for whoo hoo.

The points thing I do not like so well, It seems you usually have to have 25,000 or 50,000 to earn anything, speak to me in dollars, not points.

i can see your take on the points  but i have cashed in on points and they do turn into dollars.  i have found if they arnt sending you surveys or you dont qualify for alot of them just hit the "contact us button" and send a little note as to why and tell them you want to do surveys and they will start sending surveys. it does work.  sometimes i think there is a little glitch and they dont really know you out there but send them a little reminder  and they check and most of the time respond.

I agree many of the sites that are point based are VERY hard to get anywhere with, but I have found a couple that really do pay off. I won't mention names, since I don't want to advertise another site on here, but one of them brought me in just over $300.00 in less than a year. It IS one I have been a member of for a fairly long time so I get a lot of qualifying surveys and I actually enjoy doing theirs! muush88 made a great point and I have also done that with good results some of the time and other times it got me nowhere, so I just dropped off the panel. After all, I am not forced to fill up my Inbox with a bunch of pointless junk if I choose not to. The ones that bother me are those that will give you good points for one or two surveys, dangling that carrot, and then the following ones are impossible to qualify for OR (this REALLY gets me!) they take you through 10 minutes of 'qualifying and THEN inform you "You aren't in the right demographic group they are looking for". It took you all that time and getting a lot of info anyway just to give me zilch in return??? Arrrggghhh! >:( I'm still amazed at just how many sites are out there now! When I initially started doing this from home just to see what it was about, there were very few. Now every time I turn around there's an invite to yet another group informing me "We can and will make you rich just by answering a few fun questions!" ;D

I don't really mess with any other GPT sites any more however swagbucks is pretty cool. I do like it.

I've been in Epoll for a couple of years and have accumulated enough pts to get some gift cards.
Make sure you keep track of what you've earned.  Sites can have problems crediting and I've found that you can usually get credit for surveys if you use the contact button -- but you need the spec's of the survey, date and amount to get them to check it out.   (No problem with Epoll, but it's not one of my active sites.)

I agree. I hate sites that say oh to get $$$ you need over 100,000 points and the amount is only $10? Forget it! It's  :bs:

Thats like mysurvey. I know fusioncash was paying people for joining it. I am a member and you need 1,000 points to get 10 dollars. I think the min cash out was 10 dollars but they would have to send the surveys to you. You dont make all that unless you have a lot of information that qualifies you
