Unable to watch the videos

Hi Everyone,

I have been trying to view the video in the FC reward varies page. However wasnt able to view it. I use IE , then I download ed Firefox for viewing still the same. Everytime I try to view it ...it throws the message Flash player 9 + Javascrit req. Can anybody guide me in this. Do I need to download anything to view the video. Kindly help.

Not sure how to help you.  I've had no problems using IE to view the videos.  I know that Firefox sometimes doesn't play well with Vista and sometimes is not compatible with video and graphics.  You may want to make sure that your computer has the latest java and flash updates and try playing videos again in IE.

Some of the videos didn't play thru at all 4 me 2. Only advice I can think of 2 help you is to go 2 Internet Options on your Tools Bar mayb that can help u any.  Hope u have better luck.

Thats strange. Its a youtube video so if youtube.com works for you, you shouldnt have a problem. I watched all the videos and they all worked.

If it prompts you to upgrade your Flash play and/or your Javascript, these are completely safe and actually necessary programmes for your computer. These are the things a computer uses to play videos on FC, Youtube, wherever. There should be a link with the notice to upgrade/install, click on that and follow the steps.
