Banner showing earnings

Can anyone tell me where the banner comes from that I see below signatures on posts?  I have earning, and they already qualify to be cahed-out, but when I posted in another forum, I didn't see my banner under my signature.  Is this something I have to manually attach, and if so, where do I get the image?

I answered it myself.  Found it in my account settings under signature (for those of you who don't know).
