Help!
« on: December 09, 2007, 07:32:46 am »
Hello everyone! I'm still relatively new to all of this but I'm getting the hang of it. Slowly but surely. LOL I recently recieved my first payout which was GREAT. I do have a question though. when i first started, I did'nt realize even just clicking the link to take a peek, would put that offer on my tracking page as an ineligible. I know we can't do the same offer more than once but can I go back and do the freebies that I just looked at but did'nt actually do?

I hope this makes sense and that someone can answer this for me. Thanks in advance. ;)

You can click on an offer as many times as you like, but you can only complete it once.  The Offer Click Tracking Page is just that - click tracking.  It just shows how many times you have clicked on an offer.  To be sure you don't do completed offers more than once, use the MARK tab at the top right of each offer.  It will turn the offer green

Hope this helped!

Congrats on your first payout!!

Thank you for your reply! I think this is where I'm stuck. I'm unsure of which one I simply clicked on and which ones I completed but did'nt get credit for. Does that mean I just have to miss out so not to mistakenly attempt an offer I've already done but did'nt get credit for, for whatever reason? :crybaby2:

Tough question.  How many offers are you talking about - 1 or 2 or more than that?  If its 1 or 2 and you attempt to do them again, FC might view it as an accidental attempt and not take any action.  But if you are talking about a number of offers I would suggest you open a support ticket and ask FC how they feel you should continue.

I don't want to advice you to try and see and what happens and then your account gets closed.   :dontknow:
