I have it, but really to tell you the truth, I have not tried to do anything with it.  I just allowed the ads to be placed on one of my sites and I kind of forget to check on it.  I know some people do really well with it, I am just kind of into other things.

Some claim to make money with adsense. It has been a loser for me especially considering domains purchased and time spent. When you really look at the get rich claims from the gurus, you will find much of their work is outsourced. It takes a tremendous amount of work to keep traffic coming to your site and google can turn off the tap at any time. I have had #1 ranked google searched sites turn into # 600 ranked sites and that of course kills any business.
