The highest offer I ever did (and got approved) was netflix for $20 about 18 months ago.  I'm not sure if there's been anything higher than that.  I know on other sites, there are sometimes credit card offers that are up to $40.

Forum Activity Bonus  - i do a lot of littles - not big - not purchases - got more tvs, computers, cameras, autos, insurance and health care that i need.  oh! forgot printers - have 8 different printers and i use every one - that's what you need when you are a photoartist and are making sales.

Just confirmed it. They get 16 bucks for every person that signs up for netflix. That's funny.
