The highest offer I ever did (and got approved) was netflix for $20 about 18 months ago.  I'm not sure if there's been anything higher than that.  I know on other sites, there are sometimes credit card offers that are up to $40.

Mine was $15 for blockbuster! i have not seen anything higher so far at fusion cash.
