HOT FLASHES!

I just started having hot flashes really frequently ... it is about to drive me nuts.  I was always the "cold" one and at times I still am.  I will go from freezing to death to feeling like I am in a furnace, which only lasts a brief time and then I am freezing again.   Does anyone else have these problems?  I guess I am telling my age.

I hit a similar time in my life a few years back and had occasional hot flashes. The symptoms lasted a month or two, then went away for good. If yours are frequent and/or last longer than a month, you might want to see a doctor or an herbalist. Good luck!

I haven't had any hot flashes yet but I saw one of Dr. Oz's shows about natural alternatives and he said to drink Sage tea.  He said that was great for hot flashes.  One of the audience members tried it and said that it tasted pretty good.  That is the first thing I will try.  Hope this helps.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I am definitely at the age to be having hot flashes but I don't have any. In fact I am usually cold all winter and comfotable during the summer (even though we don't have air conditioning.)

I'm 42 and haven't started having any yet.  Am I old enough?
