Thats the thing I didnt uninstall the program and no credit anyway. so whats up?

I had this program on my system for at least a month, but then my whole system locked up and I could not reboot.  Windows would not run.  I had to do a complete system restore.  It took hours of work to reinstall other programs, software etc.  I am not sure if this program caused my computer to have a serious error, but the Nielsen program is now gone since I had to do a system restore.  Hopefully the credit will not be reversed after all of this.   I really did give it a good try.

Hmm weird I've had Nielson on my computer for years and never had problems with it.  It is a really reputable company, I belong to several of their programs.

Yes, it is a reputable company.  I have been a member of their Pinecone research panel for almost 10 years now.  It is really one of the best survey companies.  I love the paid product tests!
