For me personally: it is escaping from being a wife/ mother.
I workout. It is "me time' that is needed.

you realize its because you haven't been living your life the way God wants you to and since you have been ignoring him its been a miserable and Godless existence. Though fun times have come your still lonely and lost inside and NO ONE can fill that void BUT the Lord Jesus CHRIST! So you bow down and confess to him your greatest gravest sin which is the breaking of the first and greatest commandment you haven't loved the Lord your God with all your heart with all your mind and with all your strength! So your existence is vain! you were made to love and Glorify God and to be a vessel unto honer in Jesus name so you break down before God before your idolatrous life and your life of vain glory and self fulfillment and surrender yourself to Love because GOD IS LOVE! his love though is also a just and holy TRUE love (see 1 Corinthians 13 John 1-3 Romans 1-5 and wherever God will lead you to in the scriptures Genesis 1 has the creation of man and what they were created for and how they will find fulfillment and how man has lost their life meaning and John and the four gospels shows how Jesus has fulfilled this in his sacrifice for our sins) so you plead God for forgiveness and surrender and allow God to have his way with you to give you true life which is in Christ Jesus and to change you that is to make you a new creation in Christ Jesus and to not go back to vanity to lust and to deceit and to malice and wrath and things that confound and a buse your body and kill your soul and to be alive in Christ Jesus and know what true life is. Surrender to Jesus Christ knowing he is the only way the only truth and the only life and then you will feel him answer your prayer and save you by the  power of his Holy Spirit and you will feel freedom at last. Freedom from lies and freedom from addictions freedom to know God! Then you have truly overcome or escaped this world because you have been accepted into the loing arms of the Father God! Then your life if truly saved after your encounter with God will forever change and you will move in a new direction not to serve and honor and glorify yourself but to worship and live and breathe Christ Jesus the hope of your salvation the love the first love of your life. If now there is no escape because suicide is satans lie because he wants you to be a murderer and all murderers will have their part in the lake of fire! Revelation 21:8 Hell is real friend! There is no escape but to be broken before God andf to die to you and to live in Christ to have God cleanse your heart and make you whole come to God in prayer and plead with him plead with him to be your Lord and to be your father and to give you this eternal life!

I like to alone to escape from everything. I would like to go somewhere relaxing so I can't be bother. It seems that cell phone gets me in trouble because I don't like not answering it, but it's a pain to hear those troublesome calls.
