I just got my $3 today for October posts.  Make sure you fill in the form with three posts and have at least 30 meaningful..  Also, don't wait too long to do, I don't think you can go back past 2 months (?).  Look in your profile for your posts.

you can only claim for current month or previous month - after that you can't claim this $3 anymore.
also they say it will take 60 days to get the credit.
