Constant anxiety
« on: January 27, 2025, 07:38:21 am »
I feel constant tension and anxiety, especially in the last few months. Sometimes it prevents me from concentrating on work and spending time with my family. I've tried seeing a therapist and various relaxation techniques, but it hasn't had any tangible results. Does anyone have any ideas on how to cope with this condition?

You may want to try different approaches to reduce anxiety. While researching different options, I came across the idea that interacting with natural light can have a positive effect on mood. I've read about luminette for SAD - this might also be worth considering if you feel that changing light conditions might be helpful.

I haven't thought about the impact of natural light on anxiety before, but it makes sense. I'll definitely look into luminette and other light therapies for mood improvement. It’s great to explore different approaches, and I appreciate the helpful advice.
