Is cat food bad for dogs?

No, but i has more fat than dog food, and tastes better. My dog ate cat food because he perferred it over his dog food, and he ate it for years and he was fine lol.

Considering dogs will eat roadkill and their own *bleep*, I don't think it matters what you feed them.

Dogs should have some vegetables in their food. Cat food doesn't really have vegetables. Cat food also has twice the fat that dog food does.
