I accessed the site and reported this, said "FC isn't communicating with the subscribers and the forum is swamped with Captcha error reports"

Thanks for contacting Solve. Unfortunately, we are no longer providing this service. We would recommend any clients look into adding Google reCAPTCHA to replace the Solve units.

So is this something that we are not able to use anymore? The response is a little confusing.
