Anybody? Help?

Why would an offer say "credited" on the "offer click tracking" page, but not be approved on the "Offers Credited to Your Account" page?   It was credited, but it is not in my account total.
This is the offer where "Give Us Your 2 Cents", where you can be credited for one survey per day. I completed 2 different surveys on 2 different days, and was credited for each one separately. But the 2nd one doesn't show up in my "Offers Credited to Your Account."  I don't get it; it says it's been credited, so where is it??

It's just not refreshing. It absolutely says "credited", but it won't credit! Very frustrating. I can't get an answer on this. Thanx for the reply, tho.
