Anyone else having problems with Surveys?

I just tried 5 or 6 surveys and Malwarebytes is blocking them stating they are phishing websites. Anyone else having the same problem? Two of them were "Other Survey" and I forget the other names.

I did a few Tap Research Surveys this morning and had no problems.

I have also done a few TAP surveys today and have not had any problems.  TAP are the only surveys that I try now because I don't have success with other surveys.
