Tap Research: "Something is Off"

My profile is updated. How can I answer questions incorrectly if the surveys don't open? Those are two excuses I got today after trying to do 9 surveys in a row. Now that's frustrating. I also contacted Tap Support about it. I'm done for today.

Sorry you are having problems. I took 2 surveys and one was a DQ and one was 12 cents as expected.

I get the message sometimes that my profile needs to be updated.  Everything is correct when I look at it, so I don't know what they are looking for.  I have been able to get several surveys each day.

I don't know what they're looking for either. I got 9 "something's wrong" in a row yesterday. That's nuts. Today I completed 2 surveys and the "something's wrong" is starting all over again, 2 in a row, so I'm not wasting any more time. I have other places I can make a penny. Don't depend on FC a lot anymore since there is no support and not much else to do.

I keep thinking if most of us would quit using this site, maybe they would wake up and do something. We are making money for THEM and they simply don't care.
