Ask your Dr. for some Rx skin patches to alleviate your pain and discomfort.                                         A small electric pad or blanket is also helpful.

I suffer from chronic back pain and have found nothing to relieve it.  It prevents me from walking any distance and I hate it.  In the past I always walked 8 miles/10,000 steps per day.

Can pills help with back pain? There is a pill for everything now, and I'm sure they have one for back pain too. I would try pills because they've worked for me already.
I started having seizures last year. It was out of the blue, and I panicked the first time it happened. I didn't want to tell anyone because I was afraid it was something super serious, but when it kept happening, I knew that I had to do something. My doctor told me about anti seizure medication over the counter, and I started taking them. I haven't had any seizures since, and I can live a normal life now.

What do your seizures being solved by a pill have to do with someone asking about back pain?  :confused1:

I used to go to a chiropractor in the 70s for my back pain. She was something, 4' 11" tall and in her 90s but tough and strong. Used her hand. No machines. She charged $3 per treatment and I was usually good after 2. After she died, I had a rough time finding another one like her. I did find one and he lasted into his 80s. He used a machine but also cracked my neck and back.

Anyway, now I have no one so I self-treat with Aleve or ibuprofen and heating pad. It works.
