Do you have a turkey neck soup recipe? Why isn't this day by a holiday that loves the turkey as the roast-beast meal? I think I will try to get a turkey neck from the store. They mostly have the wings, breast, and tail at this time of the year. This day is for the bird not about people that sports the turkey-neck. wow have a good day.    :turkey:

 :cat:

Been making broth with these, then feeding the meat to the cats, dog.  Used to make gravy with giblets and meat from the neck, but not any longer, not all bones go into slow cooker for broth, stock!  New routine, never buying stock again!!

I was hoping this was a post for those of us who have aging neck skin and would like to make it look nicer.

Oh, well. Can't have everything.  :turkey:

I like turkey necks depending on what I am cooking.  No real recipe, I just add the spices that I like.
