My sugar levels have been in the 200s, does anyone know when or if they are dangerous levels? i'm getting scared

My dad was type 2 diabetes & also has dementia. He has meds everyday. In the past ear and half, he has lost of weight & has not follow the diabetes meals plan. Please follow your doctors guideline. Blood sugar should be 90 - 125.
