I have gotten the copper sock for my husband to keep down the swelling in his legs and he says it works.  Never tried it for myself

It's pretty much a hit or miss, kind of like the items you get when you order on Wish.

I ordered my sister an electric saving device for Christmas, don't know if it works yet but it's worth a try.
