i have a serious problem my daughter does not for the life of her want to sit down at the table and eat a full meal! she only wants to eat (if im lucky) 3 bites!!!! its sooo annoying how do i make her eat?!?

I have three children Alexia, Alayia and Alexzander.  Alexia is 6 years and a set of twins Alayia and Alexzander.  They are 5 years old.

i have a precious 6 month old daughter so i haven't ran into that problem yet... lol now it's just trying to keep her attention long enough to eat but she always wants to look around and grab anything on the table... lol

No snacks,  explain that if she does not eat her meal, she will not get any snacks or treats untill the next meal. 

you have to be firm with this one,  kids can smell when you will back down...

i have a 16 month old daughter and she is very picky when it comes to food. sometimes she will sit down and eat all her food and other times she will only take a few bites.
