No, scary movies are not for me. I get too scared to enjoy them.

I like the old Hammer flicks of the 60's and 70's. Anything with Vincent Price is good as well.

I can watch thrillers and suspense movies, but Cannot watch scary movies.  Freddy Kruger (original one) did it for me when I was a teenager and since then I cannot watch any scary movie.  Made the mistake of watching (at my husband insistence) the Ring and had nightmares for weeks.

I use to love scary movies while growing up, but now, I do not like them anymore. They do not look real and you always know what is coming next.

It really depends on the level of scariness.
