Cookie Jam & Jam City

I was playing Cookie Jam on my Amazon Tablet and all of a sudden it crashed, after the latest update, everything went haywire. Several people were talking about the same problem, I was on level 1072. I've sent emails and got a response and it's currently under investigation. Anyone else play this game and have this issue?

I can identify with your frustration. I was playing Seeker's Notes on my iphone and lost all my levels and points that I had earned over two years.  The admin were extremely helpful, and I was able to get most of everything I had lost, back!  I wish that success for you.  I had made up my mind to start back from scratch if I couldn't get my data back, because I truly love playing the game, but the higher the level, the better the options.

Sorry my topic was in yellow, I wanted red but don't know what happened. Didn't mean to strain your eyes! But yes it's very frustrating but I have no desire to start over. I'll just find a different game.
