First i apologize if this is long.  I have a close friend who was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 months before I was.  After all the tests we both were staged as stage 3.  We both had the surgery, chemo, and radiation.  As the year went we both were holding our own, however later Donna found hers had spread again, which now moved her to stage 4. She was put on meds to help her and things seemed to be ok.  After her last pet scan last month, her results were not good.  The cancer has now spread to most of her organs and there is nothing they can do.  She, as of yesterday, is on hospice care.  I know she will not survive but can you please pray she will not linger long in pain.  My heart is broken for her, and I know this is selfish but I’m now more scared then normal that mine might spread also.  But prayers for her will greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Hi!  :) :D

I'm really sorry for your friend. It has to be hard knowing you are dying and not being able to do much about it. I hope she tries to enjoy her last few days as best as she can. May she find her peace and she rest easy. :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:

Thank you.  I saw her yesterday, she’s in and out of reality.  According to the doctor it’s very soon.  I said my good byes to her as I think any time she has left should be with family.

[/quote]I will gladly pray to the higher powers to send your friend healing vibes that will help her get through this stage of her life but I think the best power you can give her at this time is by being there for her, if nothing else but to have someone to say good bye too & not to die alone.

To everyone who prayed for her, thank you.  Sadly she lost her battle last night.  I will miss her so much.

I am so sorry and will pray for both of you. My brother passed 4 years ago, he was stage 4 melanoma. It turned into brain cancer and he was gone.
I do have a wonderful survival story though. My cousin was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer 16 years ago. She was given 9 months to live, she said she wouldnt accept that because she had 2 kids and her youngest was 4.
She did a lot of reading and researched everything until someone she worked with told her about a mad that had stage 3 pancreatic cancer and cured himself. 16 years later she is cancer free and healthier than ever.
I tried so hard to get my brother to follow her diet and vitamin program but he refused and just wanted to do what the Dr said.
She ate nothing but veges and lots of ginger root and garlic and turmeric. Those are huge cancer fighting foods.
She had vitamin c infusions and ate vitamin c throughout her day.
