I love vinegar and have different types (apple cider, white, balsamic, red wine) and use for cooking and cleaning.  I never heard you could make it at home.  Since it’s so inexpensive I think I’ll continue to buy it, seems like too much trouble to make.

Apple cider vinegar is great! Have not thought of making my own vinegar before.

I like apple cider vinegar and iI read that it is very therapeutic.

As far as sauerkraut goes, I like it with bratwurst or franks. But I like to cook potatoes and onions with it and then add just a little sugar to offset the sour taste of it.

I was unaware that vinegar could be made at home; sounds interesting I use vinegar on salads and in some dishes I make.

Interesting information.  I did not realize you could make vinegar.  It is too easy to buy vinegar so I don't think I will be making any anytime soon.  I use vinegar a whole lot for lots of things.

There are tons of uses for vinegar.  I take Apple Cider Vinegar for health reasons but hadn't thought about making vinegar.  The white stuff, I use a lot for cleaning, is pretty cheap.

Keep us updated on how it goes. That sounds cool!
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)

Homemade vinegar? I don't see any details on HOW?

Yeah, it can help eat lint *bleep* off clothes, I guess.
