Problems Loading My Account

I am having problems with loading my account balance on Fusion Cash.  It has been very slow in the past but today, it would not load at all. It just buffered and buffered.

I also have been having the same problem with the Toluna ad at the end of PTC. Again it has been very slow in the past but today, it would not load at all. I did get credit for it, however.

Other areas of Fusion Cash load just fine. No problem.

Is anyone else having problems loading My Account on Fusion Cash or the Toluna ad?

UPDATE:  I went back to My Account and was able to load without any problem.

Try clearing cookies and see if that helps.  If that does not work then log out of fusioncash and then log back in. I hope this helps

Well, the problem corrected itself. A short time later, I tried again and site loaded fast. I continue to have no problems loading. It could be that the internet was very busy or that a lot of members were trying to load Fusion Cash at the same time.

I notice that the site sometimes runs slow when I click on the "My Account" tab. I usually just refresh the page, and that seems to work most of the time. Like you, the other sections of the site are working correctly. I'll try some of the suggestions others have posted here too.

the connection can get slow for any site if there is a lot of traffic... usually waiting a bit makes a difference... also cleaning your cache can't hurt

I notice my connection slows down in the evening after dinner.  Guess everyone in the neighborhood is at that time after work and doing school homework.

Up until about 4 months ago, I never had issues for the most part with the last part of the PTC. I used to use a desktop but for the past 3 years have been using a laptop. Even when I was away from home, it would work. Then it stopped loading (the Toluna page). I sent a help ticket on it, I tried everything I could think of, but it just wouldn't load, therefore I didn't get my 15 cents. But my sister has a desktop (in the same house) so I'd use it to do my PTC. A couple weeks ago I figured out the issue, or at least how to get it to work. I have to go to my LAN settings and unclick the "use Proxy" box, and thankfully that does the trick! I do it right before I do the last part of the PTC and so far it has taken care of the problem. I don't intentionally use a Proxy, it automatically goes there because I'm too many feet away from the router box I guess. I don't usually have issues on any other sites, but occasionally have to do it for them too.
