I told my husband du jour that I was going to take my vitamins that improved my mood and he asked me if I had ever started taking them. Very funny. 

BTW, he's not really a husband du jour. I just said that for retaliation effect.

I was in the emergency room one time with my son when he was smaller and they were telling me about my medicines and they got to the one about my mood and my son looked at her so serious and said please don’t take her off of that LOL. Very funny!  By that remark I can tell he has a good sense of humor and you guys have a happy marriage.

I don't have a lot of faith in vitamins unless having something like a vitamin d deficiency.
