Be carefull doing those dna test, not sure how  this information will be used in the future...

They are already saying info is being sold.  Not sure what they can do with a spit swab. But you can bet your DNA is saved.  I have read that it is sold to the government.  Not sure what they would do with it though.

I never thought about doing any home DNA testing. They are very expensive so I may not consider it.

I know they have used the DNA companies to solve some very serious crimes, like the serial killer and rapist in California which was never solved.  He is now in custody.  I believe he is called the Golden State Killer.  If they use it for something like this, they can have my DNA!  No problem!!

I have done mine and also do genealogy research. For those who think DNA is too expensive, do you realize that you can search your family tree for free on FamilySearch.org? I have traced one line back to Lady Godiva and my grandkids families get a kick out of that.

They are gonna have this type of thing for Black Friday sales! You can get one if you want, but I would not really do it!

Never thought about it but it is a pretty cool invention for those that may need it.
