explore new websites now not crediting

After reading that someone did get this to work I tried it again and it credited.  But... it needed to be reopened 3x and the claim button kept blinking back and forth..it worked . Still needs attention though.

It did not credit for me last week, now its gone, maybe they are working on it.

The "Explore" offer shows up fairly regularly for me.  About a couple of weeks ago it stopped connecting with my account to credit the penny after the timer counted down.
 
But last week I figured it had been fixed because it has not failed to credit for about a week now (there is a different message that shows up after clicking the claim button stating you have to wait a few minutes for the offer to credit), but it seems odd that some can get the credit but others still do not.
