Aleve PM works quickly & gives a nice sleep & without waking up without any grogginess -- I try not to take pills to fall asleep but on the rare occasion I need assistance, this has become my go to.

Usually reading a book on my back will do it. My eyes get droopy within a few pages and sleep starts to kick in.

This may sound strange but it works for me. I fall asleep listening to creepypastas at night using my headphones. Takes me hours to get to sleep so the storys help

When I don't have any work the next day I just stay up till I knock out on my chair then wake up to then walk to my bed and fall a sleep.

I sing a short song over and over in my head while imagining a metronome.  Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star usually does  it.

I usually take a couple of Motrin PM and then read or go on the computer until I feel sleepy.  Sometimes it takes longer to work like last night was up until 3 AM and had to get up at 6:30 for work.  It was a long day.

Usually reading will make me sleepy but if that doesn't work I take Advil PM Sleep & Pain Relief.
