I believe that my mental health is good.  All of us have good days and bad days.  And no matter where you live shootings can happen anytime, anywhere, you can white, black, indian, latino or green, it does not matter things happen and even though I do believe some people is more crazy than others, the shootings have more to do with EVIL than with mental health

Exactly. I absolutely cringe when something like that happens and people want to cop out with "mental health issues".  No they are mean and evil.  If they have that serious of mental health issues then they needed to be locked up in a facility with wire and bars so that they cannot harm anyone else.  That would solve a lot of our "mental health" issues.

I'm glad I am not alone.  Yeah some days feel very good for me.  Other times I feel kind of empty.  We just gotta keep going each day.

How considerate of you to ask! I intentionally avoid the news to protect my mental health. I also maintain healthy regimens and avoid negative situations so overall I'm ok, but I could be better by getting more quality sleep and getting a social life.

But it is good to know what is going on in the world around you.  First just so you know what is happening.  And second because when you hear it from other people you hear it more wrong than the news got it.

I've heard of Ginko, I'll look that up.  I've also heard St. Warts was a great supplement for mental clarity.

You can get both of those at Walmart.  You may want to read reviews and research info on the St Warts.  It is suppose to be good product but there are also quite a bit of warnings and negative things said about it as well.

Well, I would say overall I am doing well. I like everyone else, forget things here and there, but overall I would say I am still pretty sharp.

I'm doing great.  I pray  a lot  Everything is not a mental problem and sometime forgetting things comes from aging and or other causes.

I believe that much of this problem has to do with people who have a great deal of problems managing their anger and entitlement.  They tend to catastrophize everything that happens, take things personally, and direct things outwardly onto other people.  I also think they are often those who blame and hate, especially other races, ethnicities, or religions. It is both sad and pathetic!
