Instant credit - means 7 days???
« on: November 28, 2007, 01:44:26 am »
I sat here and did the shoebuy offer and finally found an item after browsing around for an hour, to do that offer.
I went ahead and did that offer since it is months end and that would allow me to request a cash out.

However, it did not immediately credit to my account.

Upon reading the faq, it says an instant credit may take up to 7 days.
That is absurd.

Instant means Immediately.

IF an offer is not going to credit instantly, then why state that it does?
It is a misleading statement.

This is what the Rules say:

How long does it take to get credit for an instant offer?
Most instant offers will be credited to your account within 10 minutes. However, they may occasionally take several hours or even days to show up. If you have not received credit for an instant offer after 7 days, you can use the offer tracking system to request credit.

What the 7 days is referring to is if it DOES NOT credit by the end of the 7th day then you could request Manual Credit.  Your credit should show up before the 7 days provided you filled everything out correctly.

Give it some time - there's a very good chance it will be credited before 7 days.

I know what it says.

As I am stating, what is the point in saying it is an instant credit when
it appears many of them are not instant credit...in regards to purchasing
products.

as on all gpt sites it says instant but may take up to so much time. nothing is really ever instant.. it can not be as we can not get paid from the site if they do not get paid from the advertisers. there for before you can get credit for an offer the advertisers have to ok it. if you do not get the credit within 7 days submit a support ticket with the confirm email you got for the offer as long as the offer was over 7.00. but remember this.. no matter if you do or offer right or not... it is up to the advertisers if you get credit or not. so there maybe times that you do offers right and never get credit for them. only the advertisers know why. but it happens. that is why all gpt sites also state..... only do offers that you are truly interested in. so then you will not get mad or upset for not getting credit on an offer when you are getting info or a product that you wanted anyway. the credit( money ) part is only a bonus :)
