That's great that they won the 4 million. I hope they spend it wisely. Invested properly that might be able to last the rest of your life. I didn't even know scratchoffs got that high. I'm used to seeing ones that are 150k or much less.

I usually just play sweepstakes lotteries online or Publishers clearing house since they are free and I feel like my odds are about the same as playing for pay with the state lotteries. I have never won anything even in the regular paid local lotteries so I hope my luck changes soon.
