I sleep terrible.  I wake up a few  times a night on my own but I usually can go right back to sleep.
But the dog also wakes up several times and bugs the crap out of me till I get up and figure out what he wants whether he has to go out and do his business or he decides he is hungry.

Overall, I never get good continuous sleep and usually am feeling like I need a nap half way thru my day

My nose is stuffed at night so sleep breathing through my mouth used to it mostly. Sometimes  sleep till 4 or 5 am then go back to sleep. Then sleep till 10am not good awake till 1am. Do take benadryl  and ativan half a pill or less.

I'm always tired. I work from 12 noon to 8:30pm. I get home a little past 9, make myself some dinner, and I'm usually in bed by 10. I then sleep til 9 in the morning (11 hours) and get ready for my day. I know I sleep a lot but my body thinks it needs it. I even made my boyfriend's mom mad when I took a nap at her house. Oh well, can't help it when I'm tired.

I'm very lucky that I don't have any problems falling asleep!  My only problem is I don't usually get the 7 hours of sleep you should get.

I am lucky to sleep well.  I monitor my sleep on my fit bit.  Although I dont always get the recommended 8 hrs, I do get good deep and REM sleep!

Sounds like my husband.  He will be up till 4 - then sleep till after noon.  I get 7+ hrs per night and it seems to be fine for me.

My sleep is great.  I am trying to do better with the hours that I go to bed. I am a night owl and usually go to sleep at about 2 o'clock.
